iServe Africa is a leadership development and discipleship programme for fresh graduates who are keen to serve as apprentices in churches, mission agencies and other Christian organizations in Africa.

The programme links fresh graduates with churches or organisations in an apprentice model where the apprentices are given time to serve, while the placements provide a platform for discipleship, growth and training in leadership.
